RESERVATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Booking
Up to 3 rounds for up to 4 people can be booked online. If you wish to book more than this, please send an email containing the information requested in the online form. Bookings can also be made in person or by phone or fax.

We always try to offer tee times within the hour requested but, if this is not possible, we will offer the earliest available time after that hour. If you would prefer us to offer an alternative time before the requested hour, please make a note on the Comments field.

For online booking requests, we will send a booking offer by email by the end of the working day after we receive your request. This offer is guaranteed and will be held for 7 days from the date of the email (if a booking is requested less than 7 days before the first tee time then it will be held until 48 before the first tee time).

Confirmation and payment
To confirm the booking, payment in full is required within 7 days of the offer (and at least 48 hours before the first tee time). The booking offer will contain a summary of the cost of the booking and a payment request button enabling secure online credit / debit card payment by means of PayPal. There is no charge for payment online. Payment may also be made by credit / debit card by fax or phone or in person in which case a service charge may be added. Please do not send card details by email as this is not secure. We also accept payment in cash or by cheque at reception.

Multi-round and weekly tickets
Multi-round tickets (for 3, 6, 12 or 20 rounds or any other number as issued by Golf Son Parc Menorca) and tickets for unlimited play for set number of weeks are issued to a named individual and are not transferable in any circumstances.

Alteration and cancellation
Bookings may be re-scheduled without charge up to 48 hours before the allocated tee-time – subject to availability of alternative tee times.

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the allocated tee-time and the payment will be refunded (less admin 5€ per booking).

In the case that bad weather causes the closure of the course, we will, when requested, offer alternative tee times subject to availability. Especially in busy periods, we cannot guarantee to be able to provide a similar time to that originally booked but we will do our best to meet customers’ reasonable requests. If no suitable time can be found, the booking may be carried forward to a subsequent visit. We are unable to make refunds for cancellation due to weather.

Handicaps and standard of play
Players should know the rules and etiquette of golf and be able to keep up with a reasonable pace of play (one hole per ten minutes on average) but we do not require the production of handicap certificates. In their own interests and those of fellow players, we reserve the right to allocate less experienced players to tee times outside the busiest parts of the day. Players whose behaviour on the course is considered, in our judgement, to be unsuitable may be required to cease playing and leave the course. In such cases, no refund will be made. Players who have any doubts about being qualified to play should telephone (0034) 971 18 88 75 for advice.

Playing groups
Booking a tee time does not guarantee that you / your party will have the exclusive use of that tee time. Each tee time can accommodate up to 4 players and we reserve the right to combine groups and individuals at busy periods to enable all our customers to play as close as possible to the time they want. Groups must play together for the whole round and may not split into smaller groups during play. In making up groups, we will try to match playing standard and language although we cannot guarantee to be able to do so on every occasion. Completion of all players’ handicap details will make it easier for you to be matched with compatible players.

Dress and footwear
Golf Son Parc is a relaxed, holiday course and we try to minimise rules and regulations but, for the benefit of everybody, players must be appropriately dressed and we reserve the right to exclude anybody who does not comply. Players must also wear suitable footwear which can include trainers as well as golf shoes (with soft spikes only). If you are in any in doubt about dress or footwear, please consult reception in advance.
