The company
Membership of Friends of Golf Son Parc (FOGSP) is offered to you by Golf Son Parc Menorca SL, a company registered in Spain . This contract is regulated by Spanish law.

Your property
FOGSP membership is only open to owners of holiday property in Menorca . By making this application, you are confirming that you are the owner of such a property.

Cards
As a member of FOGSP you will receive 3 cards which can be used by yourself, your family and friends and also by people staying in or renting your property.

Validity
The card is valid through the calendar year stated on the application.

Fee
The fee of 75€ (50€ for owners in Urbanisation of Son Parc) covers the whole of the calendar year shown on the card. No refunds will be given in any circumstances.

Discounts at Golf Son Parc Menorca
The primary purpose of the FOGSP card is to provide golf and tennis discounts. Any person presenting the FOGSP card when booking a round of golf or a tennis court is entitled to a 20% discount of the normal full price. Where golf or tennis are already offered at a discount (e.g. when booking multiple rounds) no further discount is applicable for FOGSP. If bookings are not made in person (e.g. by phone, fax or email) the discount will be given if a FOGSP membership number is quoted but the card must be presented before actually playing or the full price must be paid.

Other discounts
FOGSP and Golf Son Parc Menorca SL will offer discounts at a variety of businesses in Menorca . Click here for the current list. This list is subject to change without notice. Discounts and other special offers may vary from time to time and / or be seasonal in application. To obtain discounts the FOGSP card must be produced - please present the card before the service is received. Whilst we will do everything possible to ensure only businesses of an appropriate quality are associated with the FOGSP programme, Golf Son Parc Menorca SL is not responsible for the quality of service actually provided and any complaints should be taken up with the business in question.

Lost cards
FOGSP may, at its discretion, replace lost cards. There will be a small administrative charge (5€) for replacements.
